How do I pay for my purchase?
Harry High Pants uses PayPal to process payments. During checkout you will be automatically directed to the PayPal site. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase & can pay using your credit card.
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars and Harry High Pants reserves the right to change prices without notice.
What if an item I would like to purchase is not in stock?
We make every effort to ensure that your items are in stock. Please be aware that many fabrics are seasonal and change regularly. Please email if you would like to place an order for an out of stock item. We will do our best to notify you of the estimated delivery date.
Shipping & handling costs are a flat rate of $7.95 within Australia. We use Australia Post. Registered postage can be purchased for $10. International Shipping is also available upon request. Please email this request to

Please ensure you provide accurate address details when placing an order. If you have provided the incorrect delivery address, we will need to charge you for the postage for the second delivery processed for those products (upon return of original parcel).
Please email with the products you wish to purchase and your delivery address information. We will then provide you with a postage quote. Upon acceptance of the postage quote, you will be sent a PayPal invoice including postage costs. Harry High Pants is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or any additional charges levied by your country of entry. All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.
How long will it take for my purchased items to arrive?
If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days, once payment is received.
We are not currently taking custom orders. However, you are welcome to email HHP with your request & what we can do.
What is the Harry High Pants Returns Policy?
At Harry High Pants we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us via email to
We only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty product please notify Harry High Pants by email within 24 hours of receipt. The product will need to be returned to Harry High Pants by tracked post within 5 days of receipt. We will do our best to repair or replace the product and if that is not possible we will arrange a refund. Harry High Pants will happily refund or cover any postage costs associated with returns of faulty items only.
Harry High Pants reserves the right to refuse return or exchange where the product is deemed to have been used and not in its original condition (washed, played with, stained, damaged or used incorrectly) items will not be refunded.
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit you must notify HHP via email to ensure proper follow up with Australia Post.
Please note that while we have taken great care in describing and visually representing our products accurately, there may still be variations in the dimensions, colour and fabric placement of our products.
Can I copy anything from your website?
All content on our website, including images, descriptions, pricing, etc. may not be copied or used without our express written consent.
Please remember that all children must be supervised when wearing bibs. It is not recommended that children wear bibs whilst sleeping. Supervision must always be provided when children are using the elephant teether, particularly if the super saver is attached, as they can be a strangulation risk. Regularly check products for irregularities & disgard if product appears damaged.

Gentle wash in cold water with similar colours
Allow to dry in a shaded area to prevent fade
Do not bleach
Do not iron embellishments
Cool to warm iron
Do not Dry Clean
